Her Imports announced that Mr. Leonard Dreyer, Dr. Karen MacDonald, Mr. Aric Perminter and Dr. Faisal Razzaqi, in their positions as Directors of the Company, tendered their resignations which were accepted. Mr. Dreyer, Dr. Macdonald, Mr. Perminter and Dr. Razzaqi do not have any disagreements with the Company on any matter relating to its operations, policies, or practices.
