The US Bankruptcy Court granted a fourth order for the extension of the exclusivity periods for hhgregg, Inc. on March 9, 2018. As per the order, the debtor’s exclusivity period to file its plan and to solicit votes on its plan, have been extended by 90 days i.e. through and including April 5, 2018 and July 5, 2018, respectively.
