The US Bankruptcy Court granted a third order for the extension of the exclusivity periods for hhgregg, Inc. on November 29, 2017. As per the order, the debtor’s exclusivity period to file its plan and to solicit votes on its plan, have been extended through and including February 5, 2018 and April 5, 2018, respectively.
