The Electronic Device System segment provides semiconductor manufacturing equipment such as etching equipment, length-measuring scanning electron microscopes (SEM). The Industrial System segment provides automatic assembly systems such as lithium-ion batteries, power generation and substation equipment, hard disk-related manufacturing equipment.
