(2) Hsu, Yin-Chieh, Professor of NKUST. (3) Lu, Shih-Hsiang, Adviser of Taipei Times. Name and resume of the new position holder: (1) Cheng, Chih-Fa, CPA of Jing Xing United Accounting Firm. (2) Hsu, Yin-Chieh, Professor of NKUST. (3) Lu, Shih-Hsiang, Adviser of Taipei Times. Effective date of the new member is July 20, 2021.
