Hua Yin International Holdings Ltd, formerly Ground International Development Ltd, is an investment holding company mainly engaged in the development of properties. Along with subsidiaries, the Company operates its business through two segments. The Property Development and Management segment is involved in property development and provision of management service to property projects in People's Republic of China (PRC). Its properties include residential properties, as well as commercial properties such as hotels. The Property Investment segment is involved in leasing of properties in PRC and Hong Kong. The investment properties include offices, car parks and shopping centers.
