Sui Guangyi, non-executive Director and the co-chairperson and Li Junjie, executive Director and the Chief Executive Officer of Hua Yin International Holdings Limited agreed to acquire a 13.88% stake in Hua Yin International Holdings Limited from Ka Yik Investments Limited.

Sui Guangyi, non-executive Director and the co-chairperson and Li Junjie, executive Director and the Chief Executive Officer of Hua Yin International Holdings Limited (SEHK:989) agreed to acquire a 13.88% stake in Hua Yin International Holdings Limited from Ka Yik Investments Limited on July 29, 2022. In a related transaction, Ka Yik Investments will 2.3 billion Shares to eight other purchasers. Post completion, Ka Yik Investments will hold 5.06% equity stake, Charm Success Group Limited will hold 6.03%, Toprich Investment Limited will hold 14.58, Sui Guangyi and Li Junjie will hold 13.88% equity stake and the remaining by other shareholder in Hua Yin International.
