Dai-ichi Seiko Co., Ltd. reported Consolidated earnings results for the year ended December 31, 2019. Net sales were JPY 54,019 million compared to JPY 52,674 million a year ago. Operating income was JPY 1,505 million compared to JPY 719 million a year ago. Net income attributable to owners of parent was JPY 925 million or JPY 54.83 per basic share compared to loss of JPY 1,882 million or JPY 112.58 per basic share a year ago.
For the six months ending June 30, 2020, the company expects Net sales of JPY 27,500 million, Operating income of JPY 600 million, Net income attributable to owners of parent of JPY 400 million or JPY 21.36 per share.
