F÷rsta AP-fonden acquired an unknown minority stake in IAR Systems Group AB for approximately SEK 120 million.

IAR Systems Group AB, formerly Intoi AB, is a Sweden-based Company engaged in the provision of software services. Its activities comprise one business segment: IAR Systems.
