Elekta AB (publ) (OM:EKTA B) agreed to acquire Xoft, Inc. from iCAD, Inc. (NasdaqCM:ICAD) on October 22, 2023. The intention is to complete the transaction during the second quarter of Elekta?s fiscal year 2023/24.
