Igua Saneamento SA, formerly Companhia de Aguas do Brasil CAB Ambiental SA, is a Brazil-based company principally engaged in the basic sanitation sector, both directly and through its subsidiaries. The Company’s activities include water collection, treatment, overall water distribution, sewage collection and treatment, as well as project formulation and technical studies. Additionally, the Company is involved in the construction, operation, maintenance and repairs, modernization, expansion, exploitation of the works and operation of the system of sanitation. The Company's subsidiaries include Empresa de Saneamento de Palestina-ESAP SA, Saneamento de Mirassol-Sanessol SA, CAB Sistema Produtor Alto Tiete SA, CAB Guaratingueta SA and CAB-MT Participacoes Ltda, among others.
