Iguatemi S.A. (BOVESPA:IGTI3) entered into an agreement to acquire an additional 36% stake in JK Iguatemi Shopping Centers in Brazil for BRL 667 million on September 9, 2022. The closing of the transaction is subject to compliance with certain conditions precedent usual in transactions of this nature, including CADE's clearance. After the closing, Iguatemi will indirectly own 100% of Shopping JK Iguatemi.
The transaction is expected to complete on fourth quarter of 2022.
