Premier International Convention Centre & Hotel, M/s Festival Hub Sports & Events Facilities Limited, K.P. Shafique and Omar Ahamed entered into a Share Purchase Agreement to acquire Karyavottam Sports Facilities Limited from IL&FS Transportation Networks Limited for an enterprise value of INR 1.75 billion.

The Company undertakes metro rail, city bus services and border check-posts projects. It also involved in the development and implementation of important highways, flyovers, bridges, and roads. The Company's completed projects include Khed-Sinnar section of NH-50, Kharagpur Baleshwar, CHAIBASA-KANDRA-CHOWKA, Thiruvananthapuram City Roads (Phase III), North Karnataka Expressway, Vadodara Halol Toll Road, Ahmedabad Mehsana Toll Road, West Gujarat Expressway, Thiruvananthapuram City Roads (Phase I), Rawatsar-Nohar-Bhadra and others. Its urban transportation projects include Development of Metro Link from Delhi Metro Sikanderpur station to NH-8 in Gurgaon, Development of Metro Link from Sikanderpur station to Sec-56 in Gurgaon, Automated Car Park, MP Border Check post, Nagpur City Bus Project, and Gurgaon Metro Rail Link.
