InCity Immobilien AG provided single-entity and consolidated earnings guidance for the year 2020. For fiscal year 2020, InCity forecasts profit at single-entity annual financial statement level between EUR 4.1 million and EUR 4.6 million and profit at Group level between EUR 1.8 million and EUR 2.3 million, in particular due to the disposal of the portfolio property at "Br-nnerstrasse 13/15" in Frankfurt am Main as part of a share deal, which was realised in January 2020.
