InCity Immobilien AG reported consolidated and single-entity earnings results for the full year of 2017. For the year, on a consolidated basis, the company reported a net loss of EUR 2.3 million compared to the loss of EUR 228,000 in the prior year. The group's EBITDA (earnings before tax, interest and depreciations) at approximately EUR 1.2 million was lower compared to the prior year of EUR 2.6 million, mainly due to a significantly reduced volume of project developments, but still positive.

For the fiscal year 2017, on single-entity, the company reported net loss of EUR 168,000, but were again significantly improved compared to the prior year of EUR 833,000. Despite higher special effects due to capital increase compared with the prior year, LBIT rose to EUR 99,000 compared to prior year of EUR 737,000 with almost unchanged other operating expenses.

For the current fiscal year 2018, the company forecasts a loss of EUR 1.9 million to EUR 2.3 million at consolidated financial statement level and is aiming for a profit of up to EUR 400,000 at single-entity financial statement level.
