Indofood Agri Resources Ltd. Proposes to Declare A Final Tax-Exempt (One-Tier) Dividend for the Financial Year Ended 31 December 2021

Indofood Agri Resources Ltd. is an integrated agribusiness company. The Company and its subsidiaries operate plantations and processing facilities to produce palm oil, rubber, sugar, cocoa, and tea. The Company also operates in research and development, seed breeding, manufacturing and marketing edible oil brands. The Company’s segments include Plantations and Edible Oils and Fats. Its Plantations segment is mainly involved in the development and maintenance of oil palm, rubber and sugar cane plantations and other business activities relating to palm oil, rubber and sugar cane processing, marketing and selling. This segment is also involved in the cultivation of cocoa, tea and industrial timber plantations. Its Edible Oils and Fats segment produces, markets and sells edible oil, margarine, shortening and other related products and its derivative products. Its consumer cooking oils are retailed under brands, including Bimoli, Bimoli Spesial, Delima, Amanda and Happy.
