InfuSystem Holdings, Inc. is a health care service provider that facilitates outpatient care for durable medical equipment manufacturers and health care providers. The Companyâs segments include Integrated Therapy Services (ITS) and Durable Medical Equipment Services (DME Services). The Companyâs core service within its ITS segment is its Oncology Business. The ITS segment supplies electronic ambulatory infusion pumps and associated disposable supply kits to private oncology clinics, infusion clinics and hospital outpatient oncology clinics to be utilized in the treatment of a variety of cancers, including colorectal cancer and other disease states. Its DME Services segments core service is to sell or rent new and pre-owned pole-mounted and ambulatory infusion pumps and other Durable Medical Equipment; sell treatment-related consumables; and provide biomedical recertification, maintenance and repair services for oncology practices as well as other healthcare site settings.
