Tamakawa Mirai Factory Co., Ltd. announced private placement of 450 shares at a price of ¥10,000 per share for gross proceeds of ¥4,500,000 on September 23, 2020. The transaction will include participation from existing investor Insight Inc. (SPSE:2172) for 250 shares to own 60% stake, new investors Amerikaya Co., Ltd., Fukushima Enya Co., Ltd., Nomoto Kanko Bus Co., Ltd., and Yawataya Co., Ltd. for 50 shares each acquiring 10% stake each. The transaction has been approved by the board of directors of Insight Inc. (SPSE:2172) and shareholders of the company. The transaction is expected to close on September 25, 2020.
INSIGHT INC. is a Japan-based company mainly engaged in promotion partner business. The Company operates through four business segments. The Promotion Partner segment is engaged in planning and production of advertising strategies, and sales promotion plans, as well as planning and production of newspaper-insert flyers, mass media advertisements, sales promotional materials and Internet advertisements. The Debt Investment segment is engaged in purchasing of debts in non-performing loan secondary market and recovery of investment funds commissioned debt collection to the servicer. The Nursing Care segment is in the operation of group home and helper station, as well as operation of houses for elderly with services.
