RCapital Partners LLP entered into an agreement to acquire Surface Technology International Limited from Integrated Micro-Electronics, Inc. (PSE:IMI) and minority shareholders on August 4, 2023. The parties have agreed on an enterprise valuation of £7.5 million. Integrated Micro-Electronics, Inc. (PSE:IMI) sold 80% of stake and remaining 20% shares were sold by the minority shareholders of in STI.
The transaction is subject to Clearance under the National Security and Investment Act 2021, United kingdom. As on October 31, 2023, the transaction was approved by National Security and Investment Act 2021, United kingdom.
Integrated Micro-Electronics Inc. (IMI) is a provider of electronics manufacturing services (EMS) and power semiconductor assembly and test services. The Company operates through segments, including Philippines, Singapore/China, Bulgaria, Czech, Mexico, USA, and Japan.
