Intellex Co., Ltd. (TSE:8940) announces a share repurchase program. Under the program, the company will repurchase 450,000 shares, representing 5.04% of the outstanding shares for ¥300 million. The purpose of the program is to implement a flexible capital policy in response to changes in the business environment. The program will run until November 22, 2019. As of July 11, 2019, the company had 8,931,991 shares outstanding and 109 shares in treasury.
INTELLEX Co., Ltd. is primarily engaged in the real estate business. The Company operates through two business segments. The Pre-owned Condominium Renovation and Distribution segment is engaged in the purchase, renovation and sale of condominiums in the Tokyo metropolitan area, including Tokyo, Kanagawa, Saitama and Chiba Prefectures. The Other Real Estate Business segment is engaged in the real estate related business such as the trading and leasing of buildings, detached houses and land lots, sales of small-lot real estate commercialization, as well as renovation interior contracting business.
