International Star Inc. provided the results from Skyline Labs. A total of 69 core pulp samples were submitted to Skyline for the Van Deemen Project. One unique analytical standard was used.

The standard was commercial gold-silver standards purchased as pulps from WCM Minerals, Canada. Blank material was also inserted into the sample stream. One standard/blank sample was inserted into the sample stream at an approximate rate of one standard for every 20 drill samples, using the same numbering sequence as the original core samples.

All assays were taken from drill holes that were in the vicinity of the bulk sample that was recently submitted for metallurgical testing. The purpose of ILST's sampling was solely to confirm the presence of gold mineralization in concentrations of similar tenor to those reported by previous assay labs. When comparing the 2014 assay results from Skyline to the 1986 historic assays from Chemex Labs, the result shows a 98% correlation between samples.

This confirms the values obtained from Chemex for the historic values. Based on these results, ILST has no significant concerns of assay results from Chemex Labs. Further testing will be ongoing to test the validity of the other labs that were used previously.
