On October 15, 2018 the board of directors of Inuvo, Inc. appointed G. Kent Burnett, a member of the board, to the Audit Committee as the committees third member.
Inuvo, Inc. is an advertising technology and services business selling information technology solutions to brands, agencies and large consolidators of advertising demand.
