Invuo Technologies AB Announces the Resignation of Petra Sas from the Board

Invuo Technologies AB, formerly Seamless Distribution AB, is a Sweden-based company engaged in the mobile payments. Its activities are divided into two segments: Transaction Switch and Distribution. The Distribution segment is responsible for the physical and electronic distribution of Top-Up refill codes and other electronic products. The Company's product offering also includes MeaWallet.
