Invuo Technologies : says to file for bankruptcy

Invuo Technologies AB, formerly Seamless Distribution AB, is a Sweden-based company engaged in the mobile payments. The Company provides prepaid systems and mobile payment services for mobile operators, distributors, retailers and consumers. Its activities are divided into two segments: Transaction Switch and Distribution. The Transaction Switch segment provides an ERS 360 platform, which offers three products: E-TopUp, including prepaid topup, e-products and electronic distribution; VAS, providing mobile payments service; and MOPS, which supplies maintenance and operation of the platform. The Distribution segment is responsible for the physical and electronic distribution of Top-Up refill codes and other electronic products. The Company's product offering also includes MeaWallet. Furthermore, the Company operates worldwide through a number of subsidiaries, such as The Mollet AB, Seamless Private Ltd, SIA Lettel and Seamless Poland Sp z oo, among others.
