In connection with the voluntary cases (the "Chapter 11 Cases") under chapter 11 of title 11 of the United States Bankruptcy Code in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Texas (the "Bankruptcy Court") by ION Geophysical Corporation, GX Technology Corporation, ION Exploration Products (U.S.A.), and I/O Marine Systems, Inc. (collectively the "Company Parties"), on July 18, 2022, the Company Parties filed the First Amended Joint Chapter 11 Plan of ION Geophysical Corporation and Its Debtor Affiliates (as may be amended, modified, or supplemented from time to time, the "Plan") with the Bankruptcy Court. Court hearings to approve the Plan are planned to be held on July 28, 2022.
