The US Bankruptcy Court gave an order approving the sale of certain assets of I/O Marine Systems Ltd, I/O Cayman Islands Ltd, I/O Marine Systems, Inc., ION International S.à.r.l. and ION Geophysical Corporation on August 6, 2022. The debtor has been authorized to sell its certain assets to DigiCourse LLC for a purchase price of $1 million plus assumed liabilities. The debtor's assets include Devices Assets.

The seller is represented by Dan McGuire and J. Eric Johnson of Winston & Strawn LLP as its legal advisors and the buyer is represented by Tracy Cui.
