The US Bankruptcy Court gave an order approving the sale of certain assets of GMG/Axis, Inc., Concept Systems Holdings Limited, GX Technology Corporation, and ION Geophysical Corporation on August 16, 2022. The debtor has been authorized to sell its certain assets to Sercel, Inc. for a purchase price of $20 million plus assumed liabilities. The debtor's assets include Devices Assets.

The seller is represented by Dan McGuire and J. Eric Johnson of Winston & Strawn LLP as its legal advisors and the buyer is represented by Pierre-Emmanuel Perais and Penelope Jensen of Linklaters LLP as its legal advisors.
