2023 Political Contributions Report

ITT Inc. (the "Company") has a Political Contributions policy (the "Policy") to govern and provide transparency into the Company's political activities. This report is being furnished in compliance with the Policy, and will be updated on an annual basis. All contributions disclosed in this report were made in accordance with the Policy during the period of January 1, 2023 through December 31, 2023.

Political Activity

Pursuant to the Policy, the Company has not made any contributions from corporate funds to or for political purposes, including to candidates, political parties, political action committees, ballot initiatives, entities organized under Section 527 of the Internal Revenue Code, and independent political expenditures.

Trade Associations

Pursuant to the Policy, the Company is a member of a number of Internal Revenue Code Section 501(c)(6) trade associations and generally pays membership dues to such trade associations. The Company does not make payments to support any political agenda or activities of such trade associations, if any.

Below is a list of corporate Internal Revenue Code Section 501(c)(6) trade association memberships for which the Company paid annual dues of more than $25,000:

  • Hydraulic Institute Section 501(c)(4) Organizations

Pursuant to the Policy, the Company generally refrains from contributing to Internal Revenue Code Section 501(c)4 organizations. The Company does not make payments to support any political agenda or activities of such organizations, if any.
