JAPAN Creative Platform Group Co., Ltd. (TSE:7814) entered into an agreement to acquire remaining 62.17% interest in Ring Stone Co., Ltd. from Chieko Miyagawa, Shunsuke Miyagawa and others for approximately ¥850 million on April 15, 2022. Ring Stone reported ¥510 million revenue, ¥2454 million total assets, ¥78 million operating loss, ¥15 million net loss and ¥1416 million net worth for the year ended June 2021. The transaction is expected to close on April 15, 2022.
JAPAN Creative Platform Group Co., Ltd. is a Japan-based company mainly engaged in the creative services business. The Company is mainly engaged in the provision of commercial printing, publishing printing, sign display, offset printing and value-added printing services, and the production of three dimensional computer graphics (3DCG), videos and digital contents, as well as other creative services. The Company is also engaged in the real estate leasing business.
