Beijing Taiji Huabao High-tech Co., Ltd. agreed to acquire Shanghai Feinide Information Technology Co., Ltd. from Jiangsu Hoperun Software Co., Ltd. (SZSE:300339) for CNY 70 million on December 11, 2020. The consideration will be paid in both cash and equity. In related transaction, Jiangsu Hoperun Software Co., Ltd. entered in a capital increase transaction with Beijing Taiji Huabao High-tech Co., Ltd. Shanghai Feinide Information Technology Co., Ltd. reported total assets of CNY 52.7 million and net assets of CNY 45.8 million as of July 31, 2020. The transaction is approved by the Board of Jiangsu Hoperun Software Co., Ltd.
Jiangsu Hoperun Software Co., Ltd. is principally engaged in the provision of software outsourcing services. The Company operates in five segments. The Financial Information segment provides bank application products and solution services, third-party system testing services, as well as property insurance application products and solution services. The Intelligent Power Grid Information segment provides intelligent power grid information products and solution services.
