Jiangsu Hoperun Software Co.,Ltd. at its Annual General Meeting of 2016 held on May 3, 2017, approved final cash dividend (tax included) of CNY 2.00000000 per 10 shares for the year 2016.
The shareholders also approved the amendments to the company's articles of association and company's rules of procedure governing the board meetings.
The shareholders also approved the appointment of Chen Bin and Pan Xiaohu as non-independent directors.
