Zhongnan Red Culture Group Co., Ltd. announced earnings results for the full year ended December 31, 2019. For the full year, the company announced sales was CNY 597.539 million compared to CNY 970.161 million a year ago. Operating loss was CNY 1,710.440 million compared to CNY 2,008.265 million a year ago. Net loss was CNY 1,798.474 million compared to CNY 2,100.936 million a year ago. Basic loss per share from continuing operations was CNY 1.29 compared to CNY 1.5 a year ago.

The Company operates its businesses through two segments. The Manufacturing Business segment is engaged in the manufacture and distribution of pipe fittings, flanges and pressure vessels. The Company distributes its products within domestic market and to overseas markets.
