Hwapyongsa Co. Ltd signed a contract to acquire 5.3% stake in Jooyon Tech Co., Ltd. (KOSE:A044380) from Finebest Co., Ltd. on May 24, 2016. As of the contract signing date, KRW 2 billion as the payment for 1.14 million shares was deposited and the corresponding shares were transferred. The remaining stock and balance will be transferred on the scheduled balance payment date which is June 10, 2016.
