Nippon Television Holdings, Inc. (TSE:9404) agreed to acquire 24.8% stake in JSS Corporation (JASDAQ:6074) from NichiiGakkan Co., Ltd. (TSE:9792) on March 13, 2020. Under the terms of the transaction, NichiiGakkan Co., Ltd. will sell 1 million shares of JSS Corporation. Tadafumi Hara will resign after the transfer of shares.
The transaction is expected to close on March 23, 2020. The impact of the transaction on consolidated performance for the fiscal year ending March 31, 2020 is immaterial.
