Kamigumi Co., Ltd. announced dividend of JPY 50.00 per share for the year ended March 31, 2023. Scheduled date to commence dividend payments on June 30, 2023.
The company expected to pay dividend of JPY 45 per share for the second quarter of fiscal year 2024 compared to JPY 40 per share paid a year ago.
Kamigumi Co., Ltd. is mainly engaged in the logistics service business. The Company operates in two business divisions. The Domestic Logistics segment is engaged in the harbor transportation business, the warehouse business, the freight automobile transportation and other domestic transportation-related business. The Overseas Logistic segment is engaged in the international transportation business.
