From July 1, 2022 to September 30, 2022, the company has repurchased 68,028 shares, representing 0.56% for KRW 1,266 million. With this, the company has completed the repurchase of 268,028 shares, representing 2.16% for KRW 4,976 million under the buyback announced on June 20, 2022.
KC CO., LTD., formerly K.C.Tech CO., LTD. is a Korea-based company mainly engaged in the manufacture and sales of production equipment for semiconductors and displays. The Companyâs products consist of chemical mechanical planarization (CMP) equipment for semiconductors, atomic layer deposition (ALD) systems, spinless coaters, track systems, 300 millimeter wet stations, wet stations for flat panel displays (FPDs), gas supply systems, ceria slurries and others.
