The transaction, which is expected to be finalised in the first quarter of next year, will add staffing services in 14 European countries to Milan-based Gi Group.

"Kelly's European staffing business will strengthen our presence and capabilities in Europe, allowing us to scale up and draw on Kelly's expertise in the region," Gi Group Holding Founder and CEO Stefano Colli-Lanzi said in a statement.

The Italian company specialising in staffing and recruiting services will pay a cash consideration of 100 million euros and an additional potential earn-out of up to 30 million euros.
