Komatsu Seiren Co.,Ltd. (TSE:3580) agreed to acquire 95.5% stake in Seihou Co., Ltd. on February 1, 2017. Under the transaction , Komatsu Seiren Co.,Ltd. will acquire 118 shares and as a consideration will pay 17,000 shares for every share of Seihou Co., Ltd. The transaction is expected to be completed by March 1, 2017.
