Komeri Co.,Ltd. (TSE:8218) announces a share repurchase program. Under the program, the company will repurchase up to 900,000 shares, representing 1.83% of its issued share capital (excluding treasury stock), for a total purchase price of ¥2,700 million. The purpose of the program is to improve capital efficiency and enable the execution of agile capital policies in response to changes in the business environment.
The program will continue through July 21, 2023. As of March 31, 2023, the company had 49,300,993 issued shares (excluding treasury stock) and 5,108,175 treasury shares.
