Korea Asset In Trust Co., Ltd. (KOSE:A123890) announces a share repurchase program. Under the program, the company will repurchase up to KRW 3,000 million worth of its shares pursuant to a trust contract with Daishin Securities Co. Ltd. The purpose of the share repurchase program is to enhance shareholder value and to stabilize the stock price. The share repurchase program is valid until October 19, 2018. As of April 18, 2018, the company had 1,100,000 shares in treasury within scope available for dividend and had 2,434 shares in treasury through other repurchase.
