Kotipizza Group Oyj Proposes Distribution for the Financial Year of 1 February 2017 to 31 January 2018

Kotipizza Group Oy is a Finland-based company active in restaurant chain business. It comprises three units: Kotipizza Oyj, which manages the Kotipizza restaurant chain, procurement and logistics company Helsinki Foodstock Oy and The Social Burger Joint Oy, which manages the Social Burgerjoint restaurant community. The Kotipizza chain includes more than 300 restaurants, all of which operate as independent companies on the franchise principle. The chain has about 280 franchisees. Kotipizza is the biggest pizza chain in Finland and the entire Nordic region and one of Finland's known restaurant brands. Social Burgerjoint has eight restaurants in Finland.
