Kyodo Printing Co., Ltd. (TSE:7914) announces a share repurchase program. Under the program, the company will repurchase up to 400,000 shares, representing 4.79% of its issued share capital (excluding treasury stock), for ¥1,000 million. The purpose of the program is to implement flexible capital policies according to the business environment. The program will run until May 31, 2022. As of September 30, 2021, the company had 8,342,123 shares in issue (excluding treasury stock) and 677,877 shares in treasury.
