La Française de l'Energie S.A. (ENXTPA:FDE) commences share repurchases on March 24, 2023, under the program mandated by the shareholders in the Annual General Meeting held on November 30, 2022. As per the mandate, the company is authorized to repurchase up to €50 million, representing 10% of its issued share capital. The maximum purchase price per Company share is set at €120. The repurchased shares will be used as payment or exchange in the context of a merger and demerger. The repurchase authorization is valid for 26 months.

On January 30, 2023, the company announced a share repurchase program. Under the program, the company will repurchase €50 million worth of shares. The repurchase program will enhance the per-share intrinsic value. The repurchase program is valid for 12 months.
