Labat Africa Limited (JSE:LAB) acquired a 75% stake in Leaf Botanicals (Pty) Ltd from Gog van der Colff Trust for ZAR 11.2 million on May 19, 2021. Under the term, Labat issued 11.25 million shares as consideration. Labat will be utilising its newly acquired Leaf Botanicals facility to cultivate the raw materials. The transaction does not require shareholder approval. Labat has completed a satisfactory due diligence. AcaciaCap Advisors Proprietary Limited acted as a sponsor to Labat. Labat Africa Limited (JSE:LAB) completed the acquisition of a 75% stake in Leaf Botanicals (Pty) Ltd from Gog van der Colff Trust on May 19, 2021.
