Labat Africa Limited agreed to acquire remaining 30% stake in CannAfrica Ltd. from Herschel Maasdorp for ZAR 4.93 million.

Labat Africa Limited (JSE:LAB) agreed to acquire remaining 30% stake in CannAfrica (Pty) Ltd. from Herschel Maasdorp for ZAR 4.93 million on July 26, 2023. For consideration, Labat Africa will issue 29.924251 million shares and pay cash of ZAR 2.8 million, which will be offset against a loan account owed by Herschel Maasdorp to CannAfrica. The CannAfrica Acquisition is subject to the issue and listing of the shares for the CannAfrica Acquisition.
