Landi Renzo: messa a disposizione dell'avviso di convocazione dell'assemblea ordinaria degli azionisti e della relativa documentazione

Landi Renzo S.p.A. rende noto che è stata messa a disposizione del pubblico presso la sede sociale, il sito internet della Società (www.landirenzogroup.com, sezione Investors) e sul meccanismo di stoccaggio "eMarket Storage" (www.emarketstorage.com) la documentazione di seguito indicata:

•  Avviso di convocazione dell'assemblea ordinaria degli azionisti di Landi Renzo S.p.A. per il giorno 26 aprile 2023, alle ore 9.00, in unica convocazione;

•  Relazione degli Amministratori redatta ai sensi dell'articolo 125-ter del decreto legislativo 58/1998

  ("TUF") e dell'articolo 84-ter del regolamento adottato con delibera Consob n. 11971 del 1999;

•  Modulo di Delega e Istruzioni di voto al Rappresentante Designato, ai sensi dell'articolo 135-undecies

  del TUF e ai sensi dell'articolo 106, comma 4, Decreto Legge 17/03/2020 n. 18;

•  Modulo per il conferimento della delega/subdelega al Rappresentante Designato, incaricato in via esclusiva ai sensi dell'articolo 135-novies del TUF, in deroga all'articolo 135-undecies, comma 4 del

  TUF e ai sensi dell'articolo 106, comma 4, Decreto Legge 17/03/2020 n. 18.

Landi Renzo S.p.A. announces that the following documentation is available to the public at the Company's registered office, on the Company website (www.landirenzogroup.com in the Investors section) and on the authorized storage system "eMarket Storage" (www.emarketstorage.com).

•  Notice of call of the Ordinary Shareholders' Meeting of Landi Renzo S.p.A. for 26 April 2023, at 9.00, in a single call;

•  Directors' report drawn up pursuant to article 125-ter of legislative decree 58/1998 ("TUF") and article 84-ter of the regulation adopted with Consob resolution no. 11971 of 1999;

•  Proxy form and Voting instructions to the Designated Representative, pursuant to article 135-undecies of the TUF and pursuant to article 106, paragraph 4, Law Decree n. 18 dated 03/17/2020;

•  Proxy form to confer the proxy/sub delegation to the Appointed Representative exclusively entitled pursuant to article 135-novies of the TUF, by way of derogation from article 135-undecies, paragraph 4 of the TUF and pursuant to article 106, paragraph 4, Law Decree n. 18 dated 03/17/2020.
