Landi Renzo, preliminary revenues over EUR300 million in 2023

(Alliance News) - Landi Renzo Spa reported that it closed 2023 with revenues of EUR303.3 million, of which EUR212.9 million related to Green Transporatation and EUR90.4 million related to Clean Tech Solutions.

Preliminary adjusted Ebitda is EUR7 million, including EUR3.1 million for Green Transportation and EUR3.9 million for Clean Tech Solutions.

Net financial position is EUR112.4 million and adjusted NFP, i.e., net of the application of IFRS 16, the fair value of derivative financial instruments and the remaining debt for the valuation of the minority purchase option of the Chinese subsidiary of the Metatron group, is EUR98.6 million.

Landi Renzo's stock is down 3.5 percent at EUR0.36 per share.

Company Profile

Landi Renzo SpA is an Italy-based company engaged in the automotive sector. The Company is primarily involved in the manufacture of automotive fuel supply systems. The Company designs, produces and sells eco-compatible liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) and compressed natural gas (CNG) fuel supply systems. It is also engaged in the installation of automotive fuel supply systems. Additionally, the Company manufactures audio systems, through its subsidiary AEB SpA, and alarm systems, through the MED brand. The Company sells its products to automobile manufacturers and to independent retailers and importers. As of December 31, 2011, the Company operated through a number of subsidiaries, including Landi International BV, LR Industria e Comercio Ltda, Beijing Landi Renzo Autogas System Co Ltd, Landi Renzo RO srl and GNV Conversiones CA, among others. In March 2013, it acquired a 70% stake in Emmegas Srl, a producer of components, LPG and CNG fuel systems for motor vehicles.
