LEATEC Fine Ceramics Co., Ltd. announced earnings results for the full year ended December 31, 2019. For the full year, the company announced sales was TWD 731.474 million compared to TWD 1,022.931 million a year ago. Operating loss was TWD 120.021 million compared to operating Income of TWD 58.982 million a year ago. Net loss was TWD 169.946 million compared to TWD 25.383 million a year ago. Basic loss per share was TWD 1.57 compared to TWD 0.24 a year ago.
Leatec Fine Ceramics Co Ltd is a Taiwan-based company principally engaged in the design, manufacture, processing and trading of alumina ceramic substrates. The primary products include ceramic substrates for chip exclusion, ceramic substrates for chip resistors, ceramic substrates for hybrid integrated circuits, laser resistors, polished substrates, solar junction boxes, solar connectors, among others. The Company operates through two business segments. The Precision Ceramics segment is principally engaged in the production and sale of ceramic substrates. The Optoelectronic segment is principally engaged in the production and sale of solar connectors. The Company mainly distributes its products in Asia, America, Europe, among others.
