LH Shopping Centers Leasehold Real Estate Investment Trust reported earnings results for the second quarter and six months ended June 30, 2022. For the second quarter, the company reported sales was THB 177.68 million compared to THB 78.49 million a year ago. Revenue was THB 178.98 million compared to THB 79.73 million a year ago. Net income was THB 74.77 million compared to THB 27.9 million a year ago.
For the six months, sales was THB 316.46 million compared to THB 206.98 million a year ago. Revenue was THB 318.39 million compared to THB 210.01 million a year ago. Net income was THB 134.26 million compared to THB 70.88 million a year ago.
LH Shopping Centers Leasehold Real Estate Investment Trust is a Thailand-based closed-end real estate investment trust. The Trustâs objectives is to raise funds from general investors and to use the proceeds from such fundraising for purchase and/or lease and/or sub-lease and/or take the transfer of leasehold rights and/or the transfer of sub-leasehold rights to immovable properties, and seek benefits from those properties, whether in the form of improving, changing, developing and/or disposing of the properties for the purpose of generating income and returns for the Trust and its unitholders. The Trust is principally engaged in the rental of immovable properties. The Trust focused on investment on securities and properties, such as Project Terminal 21 Shopping Center. The Trust is managed by Land and Houses Fund Management Company Limited (the Manager), SCB Asset Management Company Limited acts as the Trustee and L&H Retail Management Company Limited acts as the Property Manager.
