Lifetime Brands, Inc. announced that on July 30, 2018, William U. Westerfield, submitted his resignation from his position as a member of the Board of Directors and all committees of the Board. Mr. Westerfield's resignation will become effective on September 30, 2018.

Its brands include Farberware, Mikasa, KitchenAid, Taylor, BUILT NY, KitchenCraft, Kamenstein, Pfaltzgraff, Rabbit, and MasterClass.
